At Spalding TF DNA, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you decide that you no longer wish to remain an active TF DNA member or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us through our Contact Us page or by email — and we’ll take care of it.

Limited Warranty
The Spalding TF DNA Smart Basketball, powered by SIQ technology, includes a fully embedded, non-rechargeable lithium coin-cell battery that enables Bluetooth® connectivity with the TF DNA App.
This design ensures professional playability and durability while maintaining the integrity of the basketball.
Each TF DNA Smart Basketball is covered by a 12-month Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, including battery life (“Warranty”).
Under normal use, the battery provides approximately 500 hours of connected playtime — equal to about 1 hour per day for 12 months.
Please avoid storing or using the ball in extreme temperatures, as this can reduce battery capacity and shorten product life.
This Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic imperfections (surface scuffs, discoloration, minor deformation, or fading)

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence

Improper storage or failure to follow care instructions

Cuts, punctures, abrasions, burns, or other physical damage

Products altered, modified, or heat-treated in any way

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Craigslist, or unverified Amazon resellers)

Counterfeit or “as-is” products

Damage or issues arising after the 12-month Warranty period
Submitting a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product qualifies for replacement under our Warranty, please contact us at

Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process and — if approved — provide a prepaid shipping label for the defective basketball and send a replacement unit.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
